Data Analysis
BEA provides data analysis support for all services, but the support is different depending on application.
The basic data analysis will always be included without any charge. The extended support is also free of charge, and we will do our best to support the customer as long as time permits.
Basic Data Analysis
Our general aim is to provide the customer with data in a format that doesn't require further processing or software installations. Usually data is processed in the manufacturers software and delivered in Excel format together with annotations. Raw data will always be delivered together with processed data.
Extended Data Analysis
This includes all data analysis / bioinformatics not included in the basic analysis. The analysis services depend very much on application, but some examples are functional analysis, PCA-analysis, images for publications etc, submitting data to databases etc.

Data Delivery to the Customer
Usually the customer will be provided a web adress from where data can be downloaded. If the customer wishes, data can of course be delivered on CD or DVD.
Data Storage
The core facility will store a backup version of the customers raw data. We recommend all customers to make sure they received all data and store their own backup version.
