Welcome to BEA - the core facility for Bioinformatics and Expression Analysis located at the Department of biosciences and nutrition at Novum. The core facility was launched in June 2003 and includes the Affymetrix core facility, which has been operative since January 2001. At present, the core facility is financed by grants from the Karolinska Institutet, the Karolinska University Hospital and user fees.

We provide services for microarray analysis, including sample preparation, hybridization and preliminary evaluation. We also offer additional bioinformatic support.
